Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Communications (Marcom) Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications that promote the companyโ€™s brand, products, and services, while working closely with strategic marketing, sales, R&D, and external agencies to support lead generation, brand development, business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the chemical, plastics, or manufacturing industries.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Content & Messaging

  • Develop engaging, professional marketing content including emails, social media, print media, presentations, website content, press materials, and sales enablement tools
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business objectives
  • Translate complex technical and product information into clear, customerโ€‘focused messaging
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards by ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines, value propositions, and tone of voice

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals to ensure onโ€‘time execution
  • Plan and execute industry and customer events, supporting preโ€‘event promotions and postโ€‘event followโ€‘up communications and lead development
  • Establish, monitor, and report metrics to drive improvements in campaign performance

Digital & Channel Support

  • Assist with website updates, e-mail marketing programs, and social media execution
  • Manage and optimize online presence, including SEO/SEM strategies, incorporating insights into content planning to improve business results

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage the annual marketing communications budget to maximize external spend effectiveness
  • Identify and manage relationships with external marcom partners to add specialized capabilities, overseeing performance, scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor spending, forecast costs, and ensure activities remain within approved budgets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 0-5 years of experience in marketing communications
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva in developing marketing content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and multi-project management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to travel domestically (< 10% annually) to attend critical events as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
  • Experience in specialty chemicals, specialty additives, or industrial markets
  • Familiarity with AI, automation tools, and CMS platforms to improve customer experience and internal efficiencies
