Overview

As an Account Manager, you will lead and coordinate integrated communication campaigns across all channels (TV, radio, digital, social, and more). You will act as the key link between the client and the agency, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality creative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client marketing teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies.
  • Translate client needs into clear and actionable creative briefs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, digital, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency and quality of campaigns across all touchpoints.
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee budgets, financial control, and billing processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and propose ongoing improvements.
  • Provide strategic and creative input to enhance brand communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar.
  • 6 - 8  years of experience in account management within a creative or integrated agency.
  • Experience working on 360 campaigns (TV, radio, digital, social, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of branding, communication, and creative processes.
  • Client-oriented profile with strong project management skills.
