Job description

Amazon is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Production Designer to join its Operations Internal Communications (OIC) team. OIC is dedicated to informing and inspiring one of the world's largest and most dynamic global workforces-employees, 3P partners, and corporate and tech teams across Amazon Operations. As stewards of our corporate reputation and advocates for the employee experience, we share strategic communications that equip employees to deliver for customers while staying informed, engaged, and proud to be Amazonians.

Key job responsibilities
- Produce high-volume, on-brand visual assets (digital graphics, infographics, presentation decks)
- Design physical assets (posters, swag)
- Support internal campaigns, editorial content, and leadership communications
- Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging designs
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Consistently deliver polished work on tight timelines
- Operate as part of an internal agency / multi-disciplinary creative team
A day in the life
As our Production Designer, you'll be joining the OIC Creative Services Team that acts as an internal agency filled with multi-disciplinary creatives. This is a hands-on position that requires producing a high volume of on-brand visual assets, including digital graphics, infographics, presentation decks, and physical assets like posters and swag, all to support internal campaigns, editorial content, and leadership communications.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex information into clear and visually engaging designs, navigate ambiguity, and consistently deliver polished work on tight timelines.
