Job description

Job Title: Visual Communication Designer Location: Pensacola, FL Type: Contract Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: 40.0

Summary The Visual Experience Design Contractor will support the Visual Experience Design team by providing design and visualization services across analytics, reporting, and executive communication deliverables. The role will focus on lower-complexity, high-volume work including report formatting, visual updates, presentation development, graphics creation, dashboard enhancements, and usability improvements. The contractor will partner with analysts, program managers, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting products meet established visual and usability standards. This role will help maintain service levels and reduce backlog while enabling the Visual Experience Design team to focus on strategic initiatives, innovation efforts, executive reporting, QBR development, Strategic Conference support, and other high-impact organizational priorities. Desired Skills

    • PowerPoint presentation design
    • Data visualization and dashboard design (PowerBI)
    • Graphic design and visual communications
    • Attention to detail and quality control
    • Experience supporting executive-facing deliverables
    • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with BI reporting tools is preferred
