A large logistic warehouse in the Burlington area is seeking an ENTRY LEVEL Administrative Assistant to join their growing team! This is a full time position working Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm You will shadow the front desk Receptionist and assist with clerical day-to-day duties. Shift time: 8:30am-5:30pm wage:$20.00 Duties/Responsibilities: - Security checks for signing employees into the warehouse each day - Data entry, inputting invoices, and filing - Inbound/outbound call/emails - Assisting with directing people into orientation on their first day - Other duties as assigned by your supervisor Tips to be successful: - Attention to detail - Good Attendance - including being on time each day - Strong communication skills - Ability to multi-task and quick learner *This position is intended to be temporary but there may be possibility for hire on for the right candidate!
