About the Job

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern to support corporate communications, content strategy, and marketing operations in a fast-paced AI environment. In this role, you will develop press releases, investor presentations, and pitch decks, conduct market research. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape messaging and ensure alignment with business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for strong communicators with analytical skills to gain hands-on experience in corporate and investor communications.

About the Placement

We have a scheduled ongoing placement immediately and an ongoing bi-weekly placement. We are screening candidates for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 to align with academic internship schedules. Your placement can be either full-time or part-time but must be a minimum of 520 hours to complete our program. We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have.

What You'll Do

  • Develop press releases, investor presentations, and corporate communications materials.
  • Refine pitch decks for various projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and develop comprehensive business plans tied to our upcoming $100 million capital markets round of funding.
  • Engage in market research to gather insights and assist in crafting strategic messaging.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring strategies align with broader business objectives.

About You

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field required. Master's program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling, clear, and audience-targeted messaging.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather insights and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Duration and Compensation

This is a full-time & part-time, paid internship with flexibility for your placement options and starting dates. Location or academic constraints should not deter you from applying. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
