• Conduct thorough assessments for patients presenting with various pain conditions, including taking detailed medical histories, performing focused physical examinations, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet each patient’s specific medical history and lifestyle goals.
• Perform interventional procedures within the scope of practice, which may include joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks, under proper supervision to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress through follow-up appointments, making adjustments to treatment plans to enhance pain management outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques, medication usage, and lifestyle adjustments to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Engage in teamwork with physical therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to facilitate an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing overall satisfaction and effectiveness of treatment strategies.

Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing both acute and chronic pain conditions, such as back pain, arthritis, neuropathic pain, and post-surgical discomfort. You will work with a wide demographic, including young adults, seniors, and those with complex, multifaceted pain syndromes, ensuring each individual receives personalized attention that addresses not only their physical needs but also their emotional and psychological well-being.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant and board certification.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellence in clinical practice.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in pain management or a closely related field is preferred, providing a foundation for effective patient interactions and treatment strategies.

• A background in working within a surgical or outpatient setting with hands-on patient care responsibilities.
