The posted compensation range of $60.22 - $79.24 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Job Requirements

Required

• ICU and/or Telemetry Experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), upon hire.
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale/Score)
• RN Residents must obtain the following certifications (ACLS* and NIHSS) at the end of the month following 10 weeks of hire. Residents will be allotted a maximum of two opportunities to pass the initial online portion of Heart Code ACLS and the initial Heart Code ACLS Mega Code skills. Failure to meet these requirements will result in dismissal from the resident program.

Preferred

• Bachelors Degree

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
