  • Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide quick, friendly and excellent customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable and pleasant dining

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to customer request/needs
  • Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guests needs through effective and
  • clear communication
  • Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
  • Prepare bar and lounge for morning, afternoon and evening service
  • Help clean customer area โ€“ including wiping bar counter, mopping, etc.
  • Provides quality beverages and food products to all guest by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
  • Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Common Bondโ€™s products and procedures
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all Common Bond products
  • Describe promotions and new product to customers
  • Ensure customer service stations are well stocked
  • Running food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion

We now have 11 locations across the city of Houston where the community gathers to dine and bond over good food, extraordinary pastries, and custom cakes.
