  • Paralegal to Co-founding Attorneys and Associate Attorney/CFP with primary practice areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, and business entity formation and planning.
  • Responsible for initial keying, revising, formatting, converting, and producing a wide variety of documents related to firm's practice areas.
  • Must be proficient in converting, editing, and working with pdf files.
  • Office/home workspace flexibility available.
  • Responsible for proofreading final documents for spelling, correct grammar, and overall accuracy.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and follow instructions effectively with exemplary courtesy and tact.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work effectively independently or on a team with a proven ability to think independently and problem-solve.
  • Must be flexible and able to handle changing priorities to support business needs and demands.
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills with internal and external clients.
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette, tact, and exemplary conduct in the observance of Firm policies.
  • Must maintain and understand confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship.
