We are now seeking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Fountains Resort. Whether you're in the mood for adventure or just want to relax in your spacious Suite with a fully equipped kitchen, every moment's worth remembering here. In this position you will supervise Housekeeping operations to include rooms, common areas, and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising Common Area Attendants
  • Monthly/Quarter/Yearly Goal setting for the team
  • Yearly Performance reviews and rating for team members
  • Making sure guests requests are met in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with Maintenance and Front Desk: Maintenance needs, if a room needs to be put offline, etc.
  • Quality checking rooms daily.
  • Keeping Front Desk agents updated on room status'.
  • Ordering supplies for housekeeping and laundry, and amenities for rooms and keeping checkbook updated.
  • Monthly Linen Inventory, ensuring par levels
  • Responsible for rolling out new standards
  • Developing SOP for Best Practices
  • Ensuring all public areas of the resort are clean and well kept.
  • Build housekeeping schedule
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

Schedule Details: : Our Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week. The Supervisor may work varying days from 8am to 4:30pm.

What are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
  • Ability to repeatedly lift/carry, push/pull items more than 25 lbs
Preferred but not required:
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • CPR/First Aid
  • 2+ years of Supervisory experience
  • Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality industry
