Affinity Healthcare Solutions Skilled Care, LLC is a CHAP-accredited, Medicare-certified home health agency proudly serving patients throughout Pennsylvania. We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as a Professional Advisory Committee Member and provide professional expertise that supports our Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program, patient safety initiatives, and commitment to clinical excellence.

This distinguished advisory appointment offers an opportunity to collaborate with agency leadership and an interdisciplinary team to help evaluate quality initiatives, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered home health care.

Non-Employee Clinical Advisory Committee Appointment

Honorarium
  • $500 honorarium provided upon attendance and participation in the annual Clinical Advisory Committee meeting.
  • Time Commitment
  • One annual committee meeting (approximately 6090 minutes)
  • Meeting held virtually or in person, as scheduled
  • Brief review of committee materials prior to the meeting
  • Essential Responsibilities
  • Attend the annual Clinical Advisory Committee meeting.
  • Provide professional insight regarding speechlanguage pathology services within the home health setting.
  • Review agency quality indicators, patient safety initiatives, patient experience data, and performance improvement activities.
  • Offer recommendations to enhance clinical outcomes, interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Support the agency's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program through professional clinical consultation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and agency leadership to advance highquality patient care.
  • Qualification
  • Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania SpeechLanguage Pathologist license in good standing.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health quality standards is preferred.
