Full Cycle Sales Representative

World Financial Group is looking for driven Full Cycle Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with prospective clients, understand their financial goals, present solutions, and guide them through the complete sales process.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning new skills, and taking ownership of their success.

What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll manage the customer journey from the first conversation through the close.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Connect with prospective clients through phone, video, and other virtual channels.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand clients' goals, needs, and priorities.
  • Explain financial products and concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • Recommend solutions based on each client's individual needs.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales process.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
  • Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Guide clients through the decision-making and closing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development.
