Job Description Summary

Serves as department subject matter expert for WFG Operations systems. (Coding, Licensing, Points) Conducts in-depth system testing and works with IT on defining requirements for implementation and improvement initiatives. Provides system training to employees.

Responsibilities
Support WFG Operations areas with data needs by creating queries and reports to meet the requirements provided.
Identify root cause of issues and determine when/if IT tickets should be submitted.
Conduct quality assurance on IT initiatives as related toof WFG Operations systems (Coding, Licensing, Points) projects and tickets.
Write IT requests providing detailed information regarding the business need and any impacts the project will have to the business i.e. financial or customer service.
Monitor WFG Operations(Coding, Licensing, Points)webpages and ensure that they are updated with any changes to policies or to reflect process updates.
Submit updates for WFG Operations(Coding, Licensing, Points) forms to be reviewed, updated, and posted appropriately.
Effectively communicate project statuses with IT and appropriate stakeholders.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Up to two years of experience with analysis and using data management tools
Technical knowledge with analytical and problem-solving ability
Verbal and written communication skills
Able to successfully manage multiple assignments under pressure of deadlines
Sound decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in both a team environment and individually
Proficiency /Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience with WFG systems or related system QA/testing
Knowledge of SQL and basic database queries

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between$58,000 - $60,000 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Philadelphia, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
