ABOUT
NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system.
We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter.
THE ROLE
We're looking for Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive NewForm's next stage of growth.
You'll own the top of our sales funnel - from identifying target accounts and generating pipeline to qualifying prospects and booking meetings. Working directly with NewForm's founders and leadership team, you'll help shape how we go to market while building relationships with some of the fastest-growing consumer, AI, and technology companies in the world.
This isn't a role where you'll simply follow a playbook, you'll help build it. You'll have access to industry-leading sales tools, AI-powered workflows, and direct mentorship while making a measurable impact on the company's growth from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, events, and creative outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings with high-quality prospects.
  • Research and identify target accounts across technology, AI, consumer, and high-growth brands.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and other modern sales tools.
  • Personalize outreach campaigns that consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Collaborate directly with NewForm's founders and leadership team to refine messaging, account targeting, outbound strategy, and sales playbooks.
  • Support partnerships, referrals, and strategic growth initiatives that help accelerate company growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently exceed outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation goals.
  • Build relationships with founders, CMOs, growth leaders, and marketing executives at some of the world's most exciting companies.
  • Become deeply fluent in creative intelligence, paid media, and modern go-to-market strategies while helping define how NewForm scales.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
  • Work directly with NewForm's founders and leadership team, receiving hands-on mentorship as you build your career in enterprise sales.
  • Learn how one of the fastest-growing creative intelligence companies acquires and scales relationships with category-defining brands.
  • Build relationships with founders, CMOs, growth leaders, and marketing executives at some of the world's fastest-growing companies.
  • Master modern outbound sales using AI-powered workflows, best-in-class sales technology, and proven prospecting systems.
  • Become deeply fluent in creative intelligence, paid media, and how leading growth teams build creative-led acquisition engines.
  • Play a meaningful role in shaping NewForm's go-to-market strategy, from messaging and account targeting to outbound campaigns and partnerships.
  • Build a clear path toward Account Executive, Partnerships, or Sales Leadership as NewForm continues to scale.

OTHER BENEFITS
  • Base Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000-$126,000 per year (base salary + performance-based commission).
  • Office based in New York City.
  • Clear opportunities for career growth into Account Executive, Partnerships, or Sales Leadership roles as NewForm continues to scale.
  • Fast-paced environment with meaningful ownership and responsibility from day one.
  • Annual team offsites (previous trips include Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan).
