About Chili Piper Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company that helps GTM teams turn inbound leads into qualified meetings - instantly. Our Demand Conversion Platform makes it easier for buyers and sellers to connect fast, without the usual friction in the funnel. We're a fully remote, global team that loves building solutions that truly help our customers, moving fast, and having fun while creating something meaningful.

We're growing quickly and aiming big! ***Currently only hiring for this role in the following metropolitan areas:*** Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Boston, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia*** Job Description We're hiring a Strategic Growth Account Executive to drive commercial expansion within our Strategic segment. This role is about creating net-new value inside accounts that already have a foothold with our technology but not a direct commercial path.

You'll identify expansion angles, open new teams, introduce new products, and close revenue. Reporting directly to the Strategic Sales Director and working closely with the Senior VP of Ecosystems, this role requires a seller who can influence senior leadership, navigate complex environments, and consistently deliver new revenue within existing accounts. Key Metrics Closed/won revenue New teams (non–Gong Engage licensed) Cross sell (new products) Gong Engage–provisioned licenses do not count toward target.

Responsibilities Drive new business expansion within Strategic accounts using Chili Piper through Gong Engage. Build and execute account strategies that uncover new teams, new product opportunities, and paths to a direct commercial relationship. Run the entire sales cycle end-to-end, from outbound prospecting to negotiation and contract close.

Partner with Customer Success during early engagement, then take full ownership as deals move toward direct agreements. Build strong relationships with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders. Coordinate tightly with the Strategic SDR, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive pipeline and create multi-threaded engagements.

Deliver crisp, confident value messaging that clearly differentiates Chili Piper. Travel to key accounts as needed (up to 20%). Qualifications Minimum Requirements 5+ years in strategic or enterprise sales.

We come up with new angles on existing problems or invent better solutions to help companies with their sales and marketing. Then we turn these ideas into beautiful, smart software. Autonomy and ownership.

Working on a distributed team means you don't have someone micromanaging you or looking over your shoulder to make sure you're getting things done. We're a team of do-ers who take full ownership for their results. Be helpful.
