Why Join IFAB Corp.?

At IFAB Corp., we are a leading manufacturing company specializing in high-precision metal fabrication, assembly, and coating services. Our state-of-the-art facility features cutting-edge technology, including advanced lasers and coil stamp machinery. We take immense pride in our culture of quality, safety, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to drive our end-to-end supply chain operations, optimize costs, and elevate our production capabilities.

Role Overview

As our Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coordinating, and optimizing our entire supply chain pipeline—from procurement and vendor management to inventory control and final distribution. You will directly impact our bottom line by enhancing productivity, mitigating risks, reducing operational lead times, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals to boost operational efficiency and minimize overall costs.

  • Procurement & Supplier Relations: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and streamline procurement processes for direct/indirect materials in a metal fabrication environment.

  • Inventory Control & Demand Forecasting: Establish robust inventory policies to optimize stock levels, prevent shortages, reduce carrying costs, and accurately forecast demand using market data.

  • Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and freight operations to shorten lead times and improve order fulfillment accuracy.

  • Cost Optimization & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify cost-reduction opportunities, evaluate supply chain risks, and implement robust contingency plans to prevent disruptions.

  • Quality & Compliance: Partner with quality control teams to ensure all incoming materials and outgoing shipments meet rigorous technical standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Safety & Sustainability: Active commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, maintaining a safe, compliant, and sustainable production environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven leadership experience in Supply Chain Management within industrial manufacturing, metal fabrication, or a related heavy-industry setting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JobBOSS) and advanced data analytics/demand planning tools.

  • Core Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, strategic thinking, vendor management, and team leadership.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Certifications (Preferred): APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation package + annual performance bonus.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) matching program.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.

  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing, tech-driven manufacturing leader.
