Supply Chain Manager (Aerospace)

Location: North Hollywood, CA (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $160,000–$170,000 + 17.5% bonus
Travel: Up to 20%
Citizenship: US Citizen only


Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, materials planning, inventory, sourcing, and supplier strategy for an aerospace manufacturing site. This role owns KPI performance, cost reduction, inventory optimization, and team leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement, materials, inventory, logistics, and SIOP.

  • Drive strategic sourcing, cost savings, and PPV/PCV reduction.

  • Manage suppliers, contracts, and RFQs.

  • Own supply chain KPIs, analytics, and reporting.

  • Lead and develop buyers and supply chain staff.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years supply chain experience; aerospace required/preferred.

  • Strong background in materials, purchasing, and strategic sourcing.

  • Experience with castings and machined parts.

  • Inventory management, demand planning, and operations planning expertise.

  • US Citizenship required.
