Job description

Sales Representative -  Smart Coolers

Full-Time OR Part-Time Side Income

Company: Healthy Vending New York

Location: In the field / Tri-State Area (NYC, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, Westchester & CT)

Pay: Base + Commission (OTE $125,000 - $150,000)  Uncapped commission structure

About Us

Serving the Tri-State area’s workplace refreshment needs since 1995, Healthy Vending New York is a leader in modern breakroom solutions. We bring top-tier food, snacks, beverages, office coffee, water filtration, and self-service micro-markets directly to workplaces. Backed by state-of-the-art wireless product management and seamless service, we help companies boost morale, health, and productivity—at zero hassle to them.

We handle equipment installation, automated restocking, and 24/7 service support—you bring the calls, pitch the vision, and leverage your relationships.

The Role

Pitch and close workplace refreshment programs (vending, micro-markets, office coffee, pantry services, and water filtration) across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, and surrounding areas. You will present customized breakroom options—from traditional favorites to healthy, organic, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher selections—that help employers build a vibrant company culture.

Who Fits This Role

We welcome two types of sales professionals:

  1. Full-Time Field Reps: Experienced B2B or hospitality sales professionals looking for an established Tri-State territory, high-demand solutions, and uncapped earning potential.

  1. Part-Time / Parallel Reps: Sales reps already calling on offices and facility decision-makers (e.g., janitorial/cleaning supplies, copier/IT services, uniform supply, office supplies, traditional coffee/water delivery). Same decision-makers, same buildings—add a second high-margin commission stream.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Network: Identify and engage decision-makers at offices, schools, medical facilities, and corporate locations throughout NYC and the Tri-State area.
  • Showcase Solutions: Present customized product lineups (micro-market self-checkout kiosks, subsidized/free pantry services, gourmet coffee solutions, and water filtration).
  • Conduct Product Tastings & Demos: Run coffee tastings and product sampling events (we provide the equipment and samples).
  • Write Proposals & Close Deals: Utilize pre-built pricing tiers, equipment specs, and program options to secure contracts.
  • Hand Off & Expand: Turn closed accounts over to our local delivery and service team while maintaining long-term relationships to cross-sell and grow account value.

What You Get

  • Base Salary + Commission
  • Uncapped commission structure (tiered structures details discussed during interview).
  • Flexible Hours: Complete flexibility if you are balancing this with existing non-competing accounts.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday schedule. No nights, no weekends.
  • Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick, and personal days included.
  • Turnkey Support: Full backing from our service, tech, and installation teams—free machine installation, wireless inventory tracking, and rapid maintenance support.

What We Need

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or account management.
  • Established relationships with NYC / Tri-State office managers, HR heads, property managers, or facility directors strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, energetic personality with strong closing abilities.
  • Reliable transportation for in-field client meetings.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (bilingual capability is a plus).
