Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health Location: Wilmington, California Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner passionate about women's health? Position Overview: As a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health, you will provide comprehensive gynecological and reproductive healthcare services, including preventive care, screenings, diagnosis, and treatment of women’s health issues. Working in a dynamic outpatient clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and examinations for women across all age groups. Diagnose and manage common and complex women’s health conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide patient education on preventive health, contraception, and wellness. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records. Collaborate with physicians, staff, and community resources to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Women’s Health, Urgent Care, or primary care settings. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active and unrestricted California NP license. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred, with the ability to conduct full assessments unaided. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). DEA certification. Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities. Schedule & Compensation: Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. No night or weekend call requirements. Salary Range: $80.00 to $85.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
