MAU is hiring a Pellet Mill Operator for our client in Walterboro, SC.


As a Pellet Mill Operator, you will operate pelletizing and production equipment while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

โ€ข Monday โ€“ Thursday, 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

โ€ข Friday, 7:00 AM โ€“ 11:00 AM


Required Education and Experience

โ€ข High school diploma or GED required

โ€ข Previous pellet mill experience required


Preferred Education and Experience

โ€ข Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills strongly preferred

Essential Functions

โ€ข Operate pellet mill and related processing equipment safely and efficiently

โ€ข Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and throughput

โ€ข Start up, shut down, and clean production equipment in accordance with SOPs

โ€ข Follow production schedules and batch instructions accurately

โ€ข Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products

โ€ข Identify and report mechanical or operational issues promptly

โ€ข Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments on production equipment

โ€ข Support preventative maintenance and housekeeping activities

โ€ข Maintain clean and organized work areas around production lines and equipment

โ€ข Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment

โ€ข Accurately complete production documentation and inventory transactions

โ€ข Ensure materials are staged properly for production runs

โ€ข Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
