Data Entry Specialist
LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a data entry specialist in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is searching for a data entry specialist with a strong data entry background. This position is working fully in office with a great company that offers excellent benefits. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits.
Responsibilities to include:
· Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling, sorting, and organizing information; establish entry priorities as needed.
· Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies using standard procedures, or escalating incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
· Enter customer and account data by accurately inputting alphabetic and numeric information into company systems and proprietary software.
· Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information; combine data from multiple systems
· Maintain operations by following company policies and procedures and reporting needed changes or process improvements.

· Prior Data entry experience
· Experience working in a fast paced office environment
· Financial Services experience a plus
