1. Role Overview

This could be a remote position.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Director to lead, scale, and optimize our school partnership and student ambassador programs. This is a high-impact, 100% performance-based role designed for a seasoned marketer who thrives in a "pay-for-performance" environment

You will own the end-to-end strategy, from identifying and recruiting high-value school partners to managing a network of student ambassadors, with the primary goal of driving student acquisition and revenue growth

2. Primary Objectives
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive measurable revenue and new student enrollment
  • Network Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality school partners and student ambassadors that align with our brand values
  • Program Optimization: Continually analyze performance metrics to refine commission structures and promotional tactics for maximum RO
3. Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Outreach: Proactively identify and recruit potential school partners and student influencers through networking, outreach, and relationship building
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and promotional materials to succeed
  • Contract & Commission Management: Negotiate and finalize affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms, competitive commission structures, and profitability
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials tailored for student and educational audiences
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate activity and compliance daily, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

4. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors

  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure high-value partnerships and manage diverse affiliate relationships (
