Upper Marlboro, MD | Hybrid (field + office) | Full-Time

LiveWell Outdoors is a design-build company creating premium outdoor living environments. We're seeking a relationship-focused sales professional to guide clients from discovery through contract.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with prospective clients at their homes (pre-vetted leads provided)
  • Conduct site assessments and property measurements
  • Collaborate with in-house Landscape Designers to develop solutions
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and change orders
  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through project handoff
  • Lead post-project reviews and warranty requests
  • Log all activity in Monday.com

What You Need

  • 3+ years consultative sales experience with proven track record
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once
  • Self-directed with strong personal accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • Fluent in English

Preferred:

  • Education in horticulture, landscape architecture, or design
  • Knowledge of plants, hardscape, drainage, irrigation
  • Experience with CAD software
