We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume phone interactions, and keeping order information accurate. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, provide timely assistance, and help ensure a positive service experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

• Assist callers with questions, concerns, and service requests while providing accurate information and appropriate next steps.

• Enter and update order details carefully in the system to maintain complete and accurate records.

• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm information, or resolve outstanding issues.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly to support service continuity and reporting needs.

• Handle a steady volume of call center activity while meeting quality and responsiveness expectations.

• Work with internal teams to address customer needs, escalate complex issues, and support efficient resolution.
