During your onboarding and ramp-up period, you'll receive $6,000 per month for at least the first six months, plus upside commission on every deal you generate.

As you build your pipeline, consistently hit key performance milestones, and demonstrate success in the role, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time W-2 employee with a long-term compensation package, if that aligns with your career goals.

There is no ceiling on your earnings. Your results directly drive your income.

  • Stay on top of every seller in their pipeline.
