Job description

Customer Service Rep

We are a manufacturing facility looking for a Customer Service Rep who is at ease speaking with customers and helping them identify what products they are interested in ordering. The position includes answering customer calls, recording customer orders, inputting data entry, emailing and following up with phone calls.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal, and written communication skills; and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience. Experience with an ERP system is preferred.

Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.

Work hours are full time Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
