Job description

A Health Insurance Agent assists individuals in selecting suitable health insurance plans that meet their needs and budget. This role requires strong knowledge of health insurance products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on health insurance options and coverage plans
  • Assist clients with enrollment and policy paperwork
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide support and answer client inquiries regarding claims and benefits

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years in health insurance sales
  • Willing to train if able to pass background check and obtain license.
