Licensed Insurance Agent – Medicare

📍 Lehi, Utah | Full-Time | In-Office

💰 $18–$50+ per hour | Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses

EverLife Advisors LLC is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Licensed Insurance Agents specializing in Medicare.

EverLife will pay for your pre-licensing training, exam fees, and state licensing costs so you can begin a career in the insurance industry with the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Speak with clients by phone and help identify their healthcare coverage needs
  • Educate Medicare beneficiaries about available plan options
  • Assist clients with Medicare applications and enrollments
  • Provide clear, compliant, and professional guidance throughout the enrollment process
  • Accurately document client interactions in our CRM
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals

Qualifications
  • Active insurance license preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Professional, friendly, motivated, and coachable
  • Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, in our Lehi, Utah office
Compensation

$18.00–$50.00+ per hour

Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses. Top performers may earn $50+/hour based on results. Actual earnings vary based on performance and experience.
