Role Description
GFiber is seeking an experienced ERP SCM Application Engineering Lead to design, develop,
implement, and maintain robust and scalable SAP Supply Chain Solutions, Siemens Product Life Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading SaaS and on-premise applications, with specific expertise in SAP Supply Chain, Direct Procurement, Inventory Management Systems, B2B EDI, Siemens PLM systems. This role will be crucial in ensuring Engineering Parts Management, Customer Order fulfillment, Procurement and Management of Inventory and Contractor Inventory Management.
As the ERP SCM Application Engineering Lead you will design, configure, develop, test and deploy scalable and reliable ERP SCM and PLM systems to optimize and enhance our Procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, improving equipment supply & demand forecasting, and driving data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with Supply Chain Business, Architecture teams to improve supply chain and PLM system solutions. Cross-functional collaboration with finance, salesforce, Indirect Procurement and Project Systems
In this role, you'll:
  • Take ownership over projects, continue to track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability, keep teams and clients updated, and manage stakeholders and escalations, co-ordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications all the way to launch.
  • Provide insight and drive scalable solutions aligned to strategy and architecture.
  • Design, configure, review, test SAP and PLM customizations, Serial Number tracking, Salesforce Integration, 3PL logistics partner integration, Vendor EDI integration, Vendor Managed Inventory Systems
  • Lead ERP Supply Chain and PLM Enhancements, Monthly releases, upgrades, any migration and feature implementation
  • Provide SAP implementation expertise and collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementations.

At a minimum, we would like you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology, a similar engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in designing, configuring, developing, and deploying large scale SAP ERP systems.
  • 10 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support) & working with cross functional partners Coupa, finance, project systems and 3rd party logistics.
  • Cross functional experience working with PLM systems, Salesforce Order Fulfillment, Vendor Managed Inventory Systems.

It's preferred if you have:
  • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional leaders to define requirements and manage technical portfolios.
  • Expert technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.
  • Experience in managing the technical team SAP ABAP, CAP, RAP, BTP, CPI

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $184,800 - $203,300 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
