About Us

We are a growing foundation repair company specializing in foundation crack repair, waterproofing, structural repairs, and basement solutions. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Estimator/Sales Representative who can inspect properties, educate homeowners, and provide accurate estimates that lead to successful sales.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home inspections of foundation cracks and water intrusion issues.
  • Diagnose foundation and structural concerns.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and explain repair solutions to homeowners.
  • Build trust with customers through honest, professional consultations.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction sales, foundation repair, waterproofing, or home improvement sales preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, entering crawl spaces, and inspecting basements.
  • Ability to read measurements and prepare accurate estimates.
