Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: (IL / IA / WI – any one)

Job Summary:
Seeking Field Service Engineers/Technicians with hands-on experience in power distribution systems (LV/MV: 480V–38kV). This is a travel-intensive role (up to 80%) involving installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, commission, and start-up LV/MV equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical control circuits
  • Work on switchgear, control relays, and circuit breakers (including high-voltage & SF₆)
  • Perform maintenance, training, and field support
  • Support Greenfield & Brownfield projects across the U.S.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience with power distribution equipment
  • Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems and switchgear
  • Experience with breakers, relays, and equipment testing
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Valid driver’s license & ability to travel extensively
  • U.S. work authorization required

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
  • Field service experience (3–5 years)
  • Experience with protection relays & high-voltage breakers
  • Certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, MSHA, NETA/NICET, TWIC
