Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our fastgrowing Singapore team and support our expanding business across the region.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to sales teams, contractors, and endusers, ensuring that Lutron lighting control systems are installed, commissioned, maintained, and optimized in accordance with Lutron’s global standards.

You will be responsible for delivering highquality field service, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and supporting customers throughout the system lifecycle to ensure reliable performance and an exceptional user experience.


Responsibilities
  • Commission, maintain and service Lutron lighting control systems
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify system issues at customer job sites
  • Ensure installations follow Lutron standards and specs
  • File complete, accurate site service records
  • Deliver on-site & remote technical support to all stakeholders
  • Answer product and system technical enquiries promptly
  • Escalate complex technical problems to internal teams
  • Support pilots, testbed projects and new product launches
  • Provide customer training and live system demos
  • Collect user feedback to drive product and service upgrades
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to boost overall service quality

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Building Services, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field service, commissioning, technical support, or related roles. 
  • Solid knowledge of lighting control systems, electrical systems, networking fundamentals, and integrated building technologies. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice and support regional projects as required.
