Executive Assistant

We are in need of an Executive Assistant who thrives at the intersection of strategy and support – someone who can be the right hand, the sounding board, and the calm in the storm for our leadership team. Role Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, and project management to enhance organizational efficiency, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. The role extends beyond administrative tasks to include project coordinating, decision support, and acting as gatekeeper for communications and requests.

What You’ll Do

· Calendar and Schedule Management: Organize and maintain complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

· Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.

· Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

· Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and ensuring timely responses.

· Project and Event Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, track progress, and organize organizational events or meetings.

· Confidentiality and Gatekeeping: Handle sensitive information with discretion and prioritize executive attention to critical matters.

· Operational Support: Manage expense reports, budgets, and office logistics to maintain organizational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

· Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence and liaising with stakeholders.

· Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

· Problem-Solving and Initiative: Anticipate executive needs, resolve issues proactively, and support decision-making.

· Professionalism and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted representative of the executive team.

· Experience: 3 – 5 years in administrative or executive support roles, with exposure to high-level business operations.
