Commission Analyst

Summary

Varonis is a pioneer in data security and analytics, specializing in software for data protection, threat detection and response, and compliance.

Varonis protects enterprise data by analyzing data activity, perimeter telemetry, and user behavior; prevents disaster by locking down sensitive data; and efficiently sustains a secure state with automation.
Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate, analyze and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team
  • Identify and deal with emerging challenges in the commission system
  • Communicating and addressing sales team queries in relation to their compensation
  • Analyze commission figures of the sales team in the company
  • Support and execute the commission plans to each of the Company's Sales Team

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Management
  • 1-3 years of experience as an analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
  • Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
