Job description

We are hiring licensed life insurance agents or driven individuals committed to obtaining their license for a remote, commission-based sales opportunity. Licensing is required prior to selling and must be completed within a structured onboarding timeframe.

Agents contact families who have requested information about life insurance coverage and guide them through the application process using a proven system.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and weekly payouts.

Responsibilities:
• Outbound calls to requested prospects
• Conduct phone or Zoom appointments
• Present coverage solutions
• Submit applications and manage follow-ups

Support & Systems:
• Access to digital and direct mail lead programs
• Training, scripts, and CRM system
• Direct mentorship from leadership
• Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)

Compensation:
• Commission-only
• Weekly payouts
• Average producing agents earn $80K–$200K annually
• Top performers exceed $250K
• Income tied directly to production

Requirements:
• Active life insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
