About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Back-End engineer to be part of our Identity product group. In this role, you will be part of the cloud product software engineering team, responsible for developing new features and working closely with other teams such as UI and Sensor. This is a hybrid role and will requires the ability to work 2 days per week from one of our offices in New York, NY., Sunnyvale CA., Redmond WA. or Austin TX.
What You'll Do:
  • The right candidate will possess proven software engineering skills, with experience building and launching large, distributed systems in a team-centric environment. You will work and contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting and will mentor junior engineers.
  • In this role, you must be comfortable managing competing priorities and be able to bring order to ambiguous scenarios. Maturity, impeccable judgment, and the ability to influence and lead are essential to success in this role.
  • Candidates must be data-driven and analytical. You will be required to clearly & effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across the organization and up to senior leadership. Our team members must have a growth mindset.

What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
  • 4+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
  • Experience building cloud-deployed applications
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • BS/BE in CS or related field
  • Ability to work well with a group of senior engineers in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
