Job description

My client is a leader in coagulation diagnostics, and they're looking for a driven sales professional to own a high-impact territory across New England and the Northeast. This role sits at the intersection of clinical relationships, capital sales, and workflow optimization - the kind of position where technical depth and consultative selling both matter.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and converting new business at hospitals and IDNs, including competitive accounts
  • Delivering capital equipment demonstrations, evaluations, and ROI analyses
  • Managing and growing existing accounts through structured in-person engagement
  • Expanding reagent and specialty testing utilization across the portfolio
  • Supporting standing orders, inventory planning, and supply chain execution at customer sites
  • Project managing instrument implementation within your geography

About you

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Bachelor's degree required; background in Business, Healthcare, or Life Sciences preferred
  • Capital sales experience strongly preferred; ASCP certification a plus
  • Comfortable with coagulation instrumentation, reagents, and clinical laboratory workflows
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%, including overnights
