Job description

Labcorp is hiring a Specialty Account Representative: Coagulation, Pharmacogenomics (PGx), and HLA, to join our team in the Mid America and West divisions.

Essential duties and responsibilities:  

  • Expand utilization of Labcorp’s specialized Coagulation, Pharmacogenomics (PGx), and HLA testing portfolio.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in assigned territory
  • Collaborate and actively contribute to new business opportunities with LCA counterparts
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy that consistently exceeds revenue targets
  • Drive new business development within a defined specialty territory
  • Provide scientific support to internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Operations when relevant
  • Effectively manage travel logistics to maximize sales productivity
  • Position requires some overnight travel for client visits, sales events and trade shows

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 or more years of outside sales experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1 or more years of experience in the healthcare or clinical laboratory/medical device industries
  • Current or prior Labcorp experience

Additional Job Standards: 

  • Background working within specialty physician practices.
  • Ability to understand complex scientific literature and use clinical data as a selling factor
  • Strong communication skills:  written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point & Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and overnight as needed  
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Labcorp is seeking a high‑performing sales professional to promote its specialized Coagulation, Pharmacogenomics (PGx), and HLA testing portfolios across the Mid‑America and Western States. This role offers the opportunity to represent industry‑leading diagnostic solutions that support critical clinical decisions in hospitals, physician practices, and reference laboratories. The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific acumen, consultative selling skills, and a passion for improving patient care. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory.

Application Window: Open through 6/12/2026

Pay Range: $75,000 to $100,000 base salary plus commission

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Variable Compensation: The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan.  Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
