Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at a cell phone store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, a friendly personality, and the ability to sell products and services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services for their needs
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the store
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and transactions
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
