Goals & Objectives of the Sales Rep Positions:

  • Communicate Effectively -- by approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
  • Continually Increase Store Sales -- only once you understand the customer's need, clearly explain and demonstrate our products, services, features and confidently ask for the sale.
  • Repairs: Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by fixing phones, tablets and other consumer electronics by determining the most effective repair method.
  • Team Player -- be able to work in a group environment, be open-minded to learning new things and always treat customers/co-workers the way you'd like to be treated.
  • Professionalism - be confident of what you're selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features.
  • Integrity -- be dependable and show up on-time every day, don't bring personal problems to work and help to maintain a clean, organized store.

Sales Rep Employment Requirements:

Prior work experience: 1+ years sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunication industry

Skill requirements: English and Spanish
