Cell Phone Repair Technician- Partnership Store (Google)
Miami, FL (Aventura)
$20/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW
The UBIF Technician - Google performs device diagnostics, component-
level repairs, and customer support for Google-branded hardware. This
role focuses on safe, consistent service procedures, accurate
documentation, and maintaining quality standards. Technicians
troubleshoot issues, replace parts, and verify functionality while
protecting customer data and following store workflow. Success
requires precise workmanship, clear communication, and adherence to
repair policies, ESD practices, and inventory controls. The technician
collaborates with teammates to meet turnaround targets and deliver a
reliable experience to customers across varied repair scenarios.
Schedule Expectations: Full-time team members are scheduled for 40
hours per week, 5 days a week. Store hours differ by location, and
flexibility is required to work opening, mid, and closing shifts as
scheduled.
