  • Keep CRM records, pipeline information, and follow-up activity accurate and current.
  • Build long-term client relationships that support retention, referrals, and continued growth.

Qualifications

  • An established professional network within the Phoenix metropolitan area.
  • Strong familiarity with the local business community.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and executive-level leaders.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and related technology.
  • Resilient, optimistic, and motivated throughout longer sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix area for meetings, events, and client interactions.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Professional services, accounting, finance, advisory, or fractional consulting experience.
  • Experience selling relationship-driven services to executive decision-makers.
  • Experience planning or hosting professional networking events.
  • An active professional presence on LinkedIn.
  • Experience with a national or regional accounting, advisory, or professional services firm.
