Job description

Exceptional Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our team in Yuma. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient volume by executing marketing tactics, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospital and healthcare industry, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements business development and marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase patient volume, and support organizational growth.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare industry partners to strengthen referral networks and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintains current market intelligence, including competitor activity, service line trends, referral patterns, and marketing strategies.
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and cultivating strategic relationships to expand market presence.
  • Partners with clinical leadership and corporate counterparts to develop, promote, and launch new programs and services.
  • Collaborates with hospital leadership and corporate partners to support growth initiatives and ensure accountability for business development objectives.
  • Represents the hospital through participation in community, professional, and organizational events to increase awareness of hospital services and strengthen community relationships.
  • Coordinates outreach initiatives, including physician tours, networking events, sponsorships, health fairs, and other community engagement activities.
  • Collaborates with regional and corporate marketing teams to develop, maintain, and execute marketing and promotional strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically, and a strong understanding of the hospital and healthcare industry.
  • Willing to work in a flexible environment.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Active driver's license/insurance and reliable transportation
  • A minimum of 3 years in Business Development or Marketing - working in a hospital or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
  • B.A./B.S. Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business is preferred.
