Work Environment

Situated in Oceanside, our clinic embodies a culture of innovation and teamwork. You will be part of an onsite medical team comprised of experienced physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, all working harmoniously to provide top-notch healthcare services. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the occasional requirement for weekends or evenings to accommodate special events or urgent patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage patient appointments, ensuring schedules are optimized to minimize wait times and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, gathering comprehensive medical histories and answering any questions to help prepare them for their visits.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries while adhering strictly to protocols and maintaining sterile environments.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring correct labeling and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Administer medications and injections under physician supervision, emphasizing patient safety and adherence to prescribed protocols.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests, including urinalysis and EKGs, while documenting and interpreting results accurately.
• Educate patients on medication management and health procedures, promoting understanding and encouraging proactive health decisions.
• Perform routine check-ups, including measuring vital signs and documenting changes with high precision.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in treatment areas, regularly sterilizing instruments and managing inventory of medical supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across departments to ensure a continuum of care for patients, participating in interdepartmental communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with EHR systems and relevant medical software for documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
