Job description

  • You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities by partnering with regional sales teams and leveraging technical expertise across Linde's food technologies portfolio
  • You will grow industrial gases and equipment sales across selected East Region states through value-based, consultative selling with minimal supervision and guidance from the Director of Business Development
  • You will target customers within chemicals & refining, energy & bio-industrials, and food & beverage industries while managing a territory ideally based in Northern GA, Northern AL, or Eastern TN
  • Additionally, drive territory growth by prospecting, generating and qualifying leads, developing market strategies, building business cases, supporting proposals and pricing, and overseeing project implementation and startup
  • Furthermore, analyze market trends, regional economic activity, competition, and evolving industry needs to identify opportunities and execute growth campaigns and customer communications
  • You will monitor competitive activity and develop response strategies by understanding customer needs, financial drivers, operational impacts, and Linde's technology value and differentiators
  • Additionally, build and expand relationships with customers, industry consultants, and vendors while collaborating across sales, R&D, applications, equipment, and customer service teams to leverage internal resources and align on strategy
