Position Overview:
We are seeking a GM Certified Automotive Sales Associate to join our high-performing sales team at Brickell Buick GMC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to grow their career with a reputable brand. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class car-buying experience for our customers. You will represent our GM Certified vehicle line, offering expertise and personalized service to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they arrive.
Understand customer needs and provide expert knowledge on GM Certified vehicles and the latest automotive technologies.
Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle presentations, and financing options.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership goals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, inventory, and dealership promotions.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.

Qualifications:
GM Certified Sales experience required.
Proven track record in automotive sales and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for automobiles and knowledge of GM vehicles and products.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
