If you are used to working showroom traffic, building relationships face-to-face, and confidently closing deals, this role will feel familiar.

This is not a traditional leasing role. This is a sales-driven opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, performance-focused environments and want strong earning potential backed by consistent inbound traffic.

At F&F Properties, we provide the leads, systems, support, and structure. We're looking for motivated professionals who are competitive, disciplined, relationship-focused, and driven by results.

Candidates with a background in sales from hospitality, automotive and powersports, real estate, mortgage, insurance, luxury retail, customer service, and other high-touch sales environments often transition well into this role.

Position Summary

The Leasing Consultant I is responsible for managing the full leasing cycle, from initial prospect engagement through move-in. This role focuses heavily on relationship-building, follow-up, overcoming objections, conducting tours, and closing leases while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, urgency, and the ability to effectively manage a high-volume pipeline using CRM and property management systems.

Eligible to earn (not guaranteed): ~$100K within first 14 months; $150+ top performers
