About the Role:

MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in Clive for Client AccountManagers to oversee client relationships and support account growth. This entry-level roleemphasizes organization, professional communication, and delivering a high standard ofclient service. Training and mentorship are provided to help you develop a career in clientaccount management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned client accounts and relationships

  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up meetings with clients

  • Track client activity and document interactions in CRM

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs

  • Collaborate with team members to implement account growth strategies

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Entry-level; no prior experience required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented

  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions

  • Driver's License

  • Comfortable with travel for in-person client meetings.

  • Licensing is required; support is provided through the onboarding process.
