Job description

Description

CENTEGIX is the industry leader in wearable safety technology for healthcare, education, government, and commercial workplaces with over 800,000 badges in use. The cloud-based CENTEGIX Safety Platform initiates the fastest response time for emergencies, from the everyday to the extreme. Leaders in over 18,000 locations nationwide trust CENTEGIX's innovative safety solutions to empower and protect people (every day).

Purpose

We are looking for a versatile Video Content Producer who can operate across the full production spectrum: polished, cinematic brand films, fast-turnaround social content, podcast editing, and news/media clip packages. You are equally comfortable on a proper studio shoot as you are running and gunning with a gimbal. In post, you are fast, precise, and never sacrifice quality for speed. This role sits on our marketing team and will be central to how our brand shows up everywhere: our website, sales collateral, paid ads, social channels, and audio-first programming.

Position Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production: concept, pre-production, shoot, and edit, covering both high-production brand content and agile social formats
  • Produce a wide range of content including:
    • Brand and hero films
    • Product demos and explainers
    • Paid advertising creative
    • Social-first video content
    • Podcast production and editing
    • Event recap videos
    • Media/news highlight clips
  • Shoot and direct with professional cinema or mirrorless cameras; operate gimbals, sliders, and other motion gear
  • Design and execute lighting setups across studio shoots, location shoots, interviews, and product work
  • Edit quickly without losing craft, delivering broadcast-quality cuts and social-ready edits on the same project when needed
  • Edit and produce podcast episodes: audio cleanup, noise reduction, music/intro/outro integration, chapter markers, and final export
  • Pull and edit highlight clips from media appearances, news segments, and press coverage for use across owned channels
  • Build motion graphics, lower thirds, animated titles, and visual effects in After Effects
  • Color grade footage to a polished, brand-consistent look in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere
  • Manage the full post-production pipeline: project files, proxies, exports, and asset libraries
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to bring creative briefs to life

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional video production and editing experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro, with experience using additional creator and editing platforms such as CapCut, Descript, or similar tools
  • Strong camera operation, composition, and advanced lighting skills across both studio and on-location production environments
  • Experience producing and editing a variety of content formats, including cinematic storytelling, commercial campaigns, podcast/audio-first content, and performance-driven short-form social media content
  • Motion graphics and animation experience using Adobe After Effects, along with strong color grading capabilities in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
  • Experience with audio recording, editing, and mixing using tools such as Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or Hindenburg
  • Experience with storyboarding, scripting, creative concept development, and collaborating with influencers, creators, talent, or external production partners
  • Photography and drone operation experience
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or light graphic design workflows
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial, agency, or in-house brand production experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across cinematic, branded, commercial, digital, and social-first content creation
  • Must live in the Atlanta metro area and be able to come into our office a few days a month for content creation, go to regional conferences and local conferences for content.
  • Nice to have - video production equipment

Who you are?

  • You know the difference between a hero brand film, a 15-second ad cut, and a clean podcast episode, and you can deliver all three in the same week
  • You are obsessively fast in the edit and never use speed as an excuse for a sloppy cut
  • You have a strong eye for composition, color, and pacing; your work looks expensive regardless of the budget
  • You stay current on platform trends and know what is working on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts right now
  • You can take a rough brief and run with it; you do not wait to be told exactly what to do
  • You are calm on set, organized in post, and easy to collaborate with under deadline pressure
  • Your portfolio spans more than one format: polished brand work, punchy social content, and audio/podcast samples
