Field Service Supervisor
United Uptime Services is a leading provider of petroleum fueling and EV charging system equipment installation and service across the United States. We're experiencing significant growth and seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join our team in the Little Rock, Arkansas and surrounding areas!
About United Uptime Services:
United Uptime Services is the leading supplier of both petroleum fueling and EV charging system equipment, installation, and service across the Southwest, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions. United Uptime Services is an authorized distributor and service provider for Gilbarco Veeder- Root as well as other major equipment brands. The company has 35+ branch offices and more than 1,300 Team Members operating throughout the United States. United Uptime Services provides industry leading compliance testing solutions in all 50 states through its Tanknology Business.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on UST/AST systems and components at retail/commercial fueling centers including dispensers, pumps, controllers, POS consoles, printers, fuel management systems, leak detection equipment, lighting and electrical systems, valves, piping and more!
  • Take daily directions from the District General Manager and be the Field Leader for our Service Team
  • Respond to after-hours emergency service requests for "site down" or other priority situations in an on-call rotation
  • Perform required prerequisite work necessary to obtain and maintain certification from original equipment manufacturers
  • Follow all customer protocols and procedures including customers safety and housekeeping guidelines
  • Train, Lead, and develop junior team members

What We're Looking For:
  • Industry Experience: Experience with petroleum equipment service and maintenance, along with certifications in the following areas, is required.
    • Gilbarco Certification (REQUIRED)
    • Verifone, Passport, Ruby point-of-sale systems
    • Veeder Root, Franklin Evos tank monitoring systems
    • Red Jacket, Franklin motors and controllers
  • Customer Service Driven: Available to be on call and capable of completing all work efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships
  • A Strong Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED required
  • Pre-Employment Testing: Must pass drug test, background and DMVR check.
